What is Pairre?

Pairre is a luxury travel essentials brand designed to support organised movement through the world. We create pieces that make travel days feel easier, from departure to arrival.

Pairre begins with passport wallets and will grow into a collection of travel essentials over time.

What products do you currently offer?

We currently offer luxury passport wallets designed for shared journeys, available in three sizes to suit couples, and all sizes families. This is the first chapter of the Pairre collection.

Who are Pairre passport wallets designed for?

Pairre passport wallets are designed for solo travellers, couples and families who travel with shared documents and want everything kept together and easy to access - at customs, check-in, airport transit and everywhere in between.

What materials are used?

Every Pairre wallet is crafted from premium full-grain cowhide leather with a lychee grain finish — selected for durability, structure and longevity. The interior lining is made from rPET fabric recycled from plastic bottles. Hardware is PVD-coated for lasting finish.

How do I care for my Pairre wallet?

Store your wallet in its dust bag when not in use and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct heat. Full details are on our Care and Longevity page.

Do Pairre products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Pairre passport wallets are covered by a 2-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults related to construction, including stitching, hardware and materials. Natural leather ageing, patina and wear through normal use are not considered faults.

What if something goes wrong with my wallet?

Contact us at hello@pairre.com.au with photos and details. Where possible we prioritise repair solutions to keep your piece in use and out of landfill.

Do you offer repairs outside of warranty?

Repairs outside the warranty period are assessed individually. We will always advise on the best path to extend the life of your wallet.

Is leather wear and patina covered under warranty?

Leather is a natural material that softens, deepens and develops character over time. These changes are part of what makes full-grain leather special, and are not considered defects.

What is Pairre Frequent Traveller?

Pairre Frequent Traveller is our loyalty program - designed to recognise and reward you as the Pairre collection grows. Membership is automatic with every purchase. More will be revealed in our next product release.

Where do you ship, how long does delivery take, and what are the costs?

All shipping information including delivery timeframes, costs and options is available on our Shipping page.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
