We want your Pairre order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
HOW WE SHIP
All Pairre orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
During launch periods and high demand times please allow up to 3-5 business days for dispatch. We are a small brand and take care with every order that leaves our hands.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by Australia Post, weather events or circumstances outside of our control are beyond our responsibility. We will always do our best to help track and resolve any delays on your behalf.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all of our passport wallet orders.
Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are sent with full tracking via Australia Post. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order directly at auspost.com.au.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to most countries.
Australia - Free standard shipping on all orders.
New Zealand - Standard shipping $15 AUD. Express shipping $22 AUD. Free standard shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
Rest of the World - Standard shipping $25 AUD. Express shipping $35 AUD. Free standard shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

PACKAGING
Every Pairre wallet is carefully packaged in a keepsake box with dust bag included - ready to travel or gift. Orders are dispatched in a protective outer carton to ensure your wallet arrives in perfect condition.
SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery please contact us at hello@pairre.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
