Refund policy

We want you to love your Pairre wallet. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging including keepsake box and dust bag.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service as Pairre cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pairre.com.au with a description and photos of the issue.
Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for items with a genuine fault. We will always work to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

WARRANTY
All Pairre passport wallets are covered by a 2-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults related to construction including stitching, hardware and materials.
Natural leather ageing, patina and wear through normal use are not considered manufacturing faults. Full-grain leather is a natural material that softens and develops character over time - this is part of what makes it beautiful.

HOW TO RETURN
Please contact us at hello@pairre.com.au before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for return and we will provide return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please contact us at hello@pairre.com.au to arrange your exchange before returning your item.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Items that have been used, are not in original condition or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

REPAIRS
We believe well-made pieces should travel with you for years. Repairs outside the warranty period are not complimentary but are assessed individually. We will always advise on the best path to extend the life of your wallet and minimise waste.
