Pairre Order #100 Celebration Promotion
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Pairre Pty Ltd, trading as Pairre, ABN 30 686 704 174, of Mount Cotton, Queensland (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 7:00pm AEST on Friday 18 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 20 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and any person directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must place and pay for an order through the Pairre online store during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible order constitutes one entry into the random draw, regardless of the number of products purchased or the total order value.
All payment methods normally accepted by Pairre are eligible.
No separate entry form or promotional code is required.
Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded prior to the draw will not be eligible.
5. Prize
There is one prize.
The winner will receive a refund of the amount paid for their eligible winning order, up to a maximum value of AUD $500.
If the amount paid for the winning order is less than $500, the winner will receive a refund equal to the amount paid for that order.
If the amount paid for the winning order exceeds $500, the winner will receive a maximum refund of $500.
The maximum total prize value is AUD $500.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the winning order where reasonably possible.
6. Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries at 10:00am AEST on Monday 21 September 2026 at Mount Cotton, Queensland.
Each eligible order will have an equal chance of being selected.
The entrant whose eligible order is randomly selected will be the winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified using the email address or phone number provided with their order by 11:59am AEST on Monday 21 September 2026.
The winning order number or winner details, as permitted by applicable law, will be published in a place relevant to where the promotion was conducted and will remain available for at least seven days.
8. Unclaimed Prize
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
The winner will have at least 14 days from the date of notification to respond and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility or process the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.
Any redraw will be conducted randomly from the remaining eligible entries and the replacement winner will be notified by email.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, acts fraudulently or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law and subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and award the prize.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Pairre’s Privacy Policy.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
